I am an award-winning artist and creator of contemporary and traditional art using oil paint to produce bright and colourful work. I paint a wide variety of subjects and styles, from traditional landscapes (coastal, rural and urban), to still life, flora and fauna and even abstract.
I particularly enjoy depicting surfaces of glass and water and capturing reflective light. In 2010, I was the successful applicant for a scholarship to attend the CSU summer art school. I have won numerous art prizes at local exhibitions, including first prize for an abstract work at the Evans Arts Council and best oil painting at the Royal Bathurst Show. My studio is open on Bathurst Arts Trail weekends and at other times on request. Commissions are welcome, and recent commissions include portrait, family pets and landscapes.
